2 x100g Capricorn Somerset Goats Cheese®
1-2 teaspoons of Moroccan tagine spices
50g baba ganoush (aubergine puree)
80g marinated olives
2 mini flatbreads
Lemon oil or olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Cut each of the Capricorn Somerset Goats Cheese® in half and dip into the Moroccan spices. Place onto a meze board.
Add the baba ganoush and olives to the board.
Chargrill the flatbreads for 2-4 minutes, place on the board.
Serve with a little olive/ lemon oil in a dipping pot.
